Using VietLang
VietLang is a Vietnamese language-learning app. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial learning. Please use it lawfully and don't misuse, disrupt, or try to break the service.
Your account

Provide accurate information when you sign up.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
Content & accuracy
We work hard on our dictionary, lessons, and audio, but language is nuanced and no learning resource is perfect. VietLang is provided for educational purposes and we can't guarantee every entry is error-free. Spotted something off? Please tell us — corrections make it better for everyone.
Our content
The VietLang name, app design, lessons, audio, and other original content we create are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws — please don't copy or redistribute them without permission.
Some of what's in the app comes from open, third-party sources — including parts of the dictionary (from Wiktionary) and the example sentences (from Tatoeba) — and stays under its own open license. Your rights to that third-party content are set by those licenses, not by these terms. Full credits and license details are here:
Availability
The app is provided "as is." We may add, change, or remove features, and we can't promise the service will always be available or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VietLang isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use VietLang means you accept the current terms.
